No matter how you spend your season, I think we can all agree that things can get hectic.  It's so easy to get caught up in the chaos and forget about ourselves.  If you're like me, you have never ending to-do lists and errands that must be done.  It seems like we're always on the go.

And as the time quickly approaches for me to head to VA to visit family, I have a ton of things to do in preparation.  This year I've promised myself that I will take it easy and make time to enjoy the little things.  This morning I stayed out with the pup a little longer than usual and enjoyed the beautiful falling snow.  As a result, I came back in with a smile on my face.  So my advice is, try to find some time for yourself even if it's just a few minutes a day. 

It's tough to go away when you're a small business.  I'll be available while I'm away and since my jewelry making is relaxing for me, I will be working as well.  It will likely be smaller projects since there's no way I can lug all the tools and supplies with me!
